The outstanding characteristic of the earthquake is damage and brutal killings in little time. Close proximity to the fault of khoy in the khoy, increasing the number of areas and densely populated areas, increasing the load on the environment, Complexity and the multitude of factors in the earthquake hazard zoning and the spatial role of them make necessary applying multivariate decision maker, to determine the degree of vulnerability. The main objective of this paper is to determine the vulnerability in WLC Fuzzy method. For this purpose, multi-criteria assessment methods based on the Weighted Linear Combination used for produce and analysis of different layers of land use map، Natural and human factors influencing in Vulnerability zonation map identified and was overlaid with the land use map، Based on the WlC Fuzzy model, from the total area of 4708. 3 hectares, about 2075.4 hectares of vulnerability in areas with very low to low in the southern parts, 1680.67 hectares in the vulnerabilities average in the center and 952.23 hectares of vulnerability high to Very high in the northern and northwestern parts of the Region two. Land use map overlaps with hazard zonation map, show 288 hectares of residential use in the high to very high class risk. So, the plan to locate the temporary housing sites, Retrofit construction during the time and modify sensitive land use location to other land uses on the final map of hazard zonation map.

Concepts such as fractal, chaos influenced the development of our understanding of the behavior of complex systems and climatic parameters have had non-linear. In this context in this the research, the dynamic fluctuation of climate parameters minimum and maximum temperature, humidity and maximum wind speed, the synoptic Shiraz in long-term 58-year period (1956-2013) were analyzed with fractal approach. For this purpose after Mathematical Reference various parameters apply trigonometric fractal structure on the data obtained were analyzed to compare the results with classical geometry fractal. According to findings of this study, trend daily minimum and maximum temperature and humidity as well as fully fractal structure will follow, that these findings indicate dynamic passage four climatic parameters above is from Disequilibrium to Nonequilibrium; While which daily maximum wind speed at trend synoptic stations Shiraz 0.15 and 0.25 Unlike the other the variable in the range on the longitudinal axis of the fractal structure does not follow; In other words, the logic governing the structure of this parameter indicates the dynamic trend of the Equilibrium to Disequilibrium. The calculation indicative of the dissociation of structures of the parameters described above is that need to be quite dynamic, be calculated to determine the equilibrium state climatic. Can also to changes this parameters in such dynamical analysis of chaos or fuzzy logic is used.

Geological heritages are legacies that are gifted to human beings by nature, and human duty is the conservation of these resources for sustainable use. Geomorphoturism is one of the new affiliated disciplines that adheres to nature and, by preserving their local identity, introduces geology and geomorphology phenomena to tourists. Geotourism involves visiting sites with special landforms and special geology for recreation, promenade and make a sense of wonder in watching and understanding of landforms, and finally learning and teaching from nature. Today, geotourism has become a widespread audience. In this research, by identifying and ranking of geomorphosites using Pereira (2010) in Esfarayen county, and evaluating selected geomorphosites, and finally by running of Pereira model, paramount geomorphosites have been identified and ranked, so management and geomorphologic criteria of this attraction have been studied. The documentary and field observations have been used to collect needed information to run this model. The results showed that the highest score in studied sites in the geomorphologic section (6.8) belonged to Bidwaz Dam Lake and the highest score in the management section (7.43) belonged to Nowshiravan Cave. The results of this research can be an appropriate guide for managers and planners to identify and plan for attracting tourists, and also help them to protect and create the proper infrastructure for promotion of geomorphosites in the area.

Although rural women have active participation in daily life activities, they have always been considered as vulnerable groups of society. Paying attention to their participation in out-of-home economic activities and creating the right environment for a new business can, by increasing their employment, lead to a reduction in unemployment and help increase their family income. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the factors and drivers that affect the development of rural women entrepreneurship in Roshtkhar district. The purpose of this study is to apply the method and its descriptive-analytical method. The data-gathering tool was a questionnaire and interviewed rural women in Roshtkhar District in Khorasan Razavi. The statistical population includes rural women in Roshtkhar District (N= 5390). Using the Cochran formula and by quota sampling method, 280 women over 20 years of age were selected as samples. Chi-square test, one-sample t-test and binary logistic regression model were used to analyze the data and to reach the research questions. The results showed that among the 34 variables in the research, 10 variables significantly had a significant relationship with the development of rural women entrepreneurship in rural areas. Economic factors (0.399), personal (0.286) and infrastructure factors (0.283) were the most important factors in this regard. Based on the results, suggestions were made for the improvement and development of rural women's entrepreneurship.

Impermeable surfaces are one of the integral part of modern urban environments, and in fact new cities are merged with intrusive levels. The increasing in impervious surfaces caused dramatic changes in local and global scale environmental interactions, especially in urban environments, so this phenomenon has increased the importance of impervious surfaces monitoring in recent decades. But also according to the extent and changes of thesesurfaces, monitoring asfield studies is not achievable. However, remote sensing technology provides potential opportunities of identifying and monitoring of urban environment and consequently these surfaces. This article aims to evaluate the ability of implementing of Spectral Mixture Analysis (SMA) and Normalized Spectral Mixture Analysis (NSMA) methods on Landsat 8 satellite images toimpervious surfacesSub-pixel extraction in northern regions of Iran. To achieve this goal, we used OLI images acquired on 27/03/2014 as model inputs and WorldView-2 image acquired on 03/27/2014 as a reference map to evaluate the accuracy results of the model. First, we applied Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to extract Endmember and then SMA and NSMA methods to obtain land cover fraction from any Endmember. Alsowe compared the results of these two methods implementation on the original images and panchromatic combined images. The accuracy of estimated impervious surfaces, evaluated using a 3*3 pixels window random sampling method. The results indicated that the NSMA model combined by panchromatic image band has the best performance to estimate impervious surfaces with an 8.2% Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) and 0.93 coefficient of determination (R2).

Today, tourism is the most dynamic economic activities of our time, in terms of mobility and employment creation and overall development in the world to show off's and creating strategic opportunity due to economic diversification of local communities, creating job opportunities around the world. The stability of population among communities and prevention of irregular migration, preserving natural resources and maintaining ecological balance cultural characteristics of cities. It may be said that one of the best ways to save cities from the social and economic problems, the development of urban tourism. The aim of this study was to evaluate the texture of urban tourism between the regions 14 of the model is SWOT-QSPM The study is cross-sectional questionnaire was used for data collection. The results of this study indicate that according to the internal and external factors of urban tourism, the mid-texture of Isfahan's 14th region is so (invasive) strategies that have the highest weight. These strategies are designed to maximize the internal strengths to maximize foreign opportunities. Therefore, Isfahan region 14 has the ability to develop urban tourism. Among the four major strategies of urban tourism development of the middle texture of Isfahan region 14, it is necessary to create conditions and adopt the principle positions for attraction of foreign capital, especially in order to boost and rehabilitate the works and buildings. Historical in the first place. Afterwards, the use of advertising on the level The widespread (second) ranking is located and the use of indigenous forces in the neighborhood is ranked third. And encouraging private sector investors to accompany the government in organizing the tourism industry in Isfahan is the last place.
