The increasing in impervious surfaces caused dramatic changes in local and global scale environmental interactions, especially in urban environments, so this phenomenon has increased the importance of impervious surfaces monitoring in recent decades. But also according to the extent and changes of thesesurfaces, monitoring asfield studies is not achievable.However, remote sensing technology provides potential opportunities of identifying and monitoring of urban environment and consequently these surfaces. This article aims to evaluate the ability of implementing of Spectral Mixture Analysis (SMA) and Normalized Spectral Mixture Analysis (NSMA) methods on Landsat 8 satellite images toimpervious surfacesSub-pixel extraction in northern regions of Iran. To achieve this goal, we used OLI images acquired on 27/03/2014 as model inputs and WorldView-2 image acquired on 03/27/2014 as a reference map to evaluate the accuracy results of the model. First, we applied Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to extract Endmember and then SMA and NSMA methods to obtain land cover fraction from any Endmember. Alsowe compared the results of these two methods implementation on the original images and panchromatic combined images. The accuracy of estimated impervious surfaces, evaluated using a 3*3 pixels window random sampling method. The results indicated that the NSMA model combined by panchromatic image band has the best performance to estimate impervious surfaces with an 8.2% Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) and 0.93 coefficient of determination (R2).}, keywords = {Impervious surfaces,Sub-pixel extraction,Spectral Mixture Analysis (SMA),Normalized Spectral Mixture Analysis (NSMA),End member}, title_fa = {ارزیابی پتانسیل اجرای روش های SMA و NSMA بر روی تصاویر لندست 8 (OLI) جهت استخراج زیر پیکسل سطوح نفوذناپذیر (مطالعه موردی: شهر ساری)}, abstract_fa = {سطوح نفوذناپذیر جزء جدایی ناپذیر از محیط شهری امروزی میباشد و درواقع شهرهای جدید با سطوح نفوذنایذیر درآمیختهاند. سطوح نفوذناپذیر ساختههای دست انسان (جاده، پیاده رو، خیابان ،پارکینگ، و پشت بام) هستند که توسط مواد غیر قابل نفوذ مانند آسفالت، بتن، آجر و سنگ  پوشش داده میشوند. تشخیص و تهیه نقشه آن از راه کم هزینه سنجش از دور میتواند در کارهای مدیریتی بسیار کارآمد باشد. این مقاله با هدف ارزیابی توانایی اجرای روشهای تجزیه و تحلیل طیف مخلوط (SMA) و تجزیه و تحلیل طیف مخلوط نرمال شده (NSMA) برروی تصاویر ماهواره لندست 8 ، جهت استخراج زیر پیکسل سطوح نفوذناپذیر در مناطق شمالی ایران (شهر ساری) انجام شده است. برای این کار از تصاویر OLI اخذ شده در تاریخ 27/3/2014 برای ورودی مدلها و تصویر WorldView-2 اخذ شده در تاریخ 27/3/2014 به عنوان نقشه مرجع برای ارزیابی صحت نتایج مدلها استفاده شد. در ابتدا با استفاده از روش تجزیه مولفه های اصلی (PCA)، عضو های پایانی (Endmember) انتخاب شده و از دو روش  SMA و NSMA برای بدست آوردن کسر پوشش زمین از هر عضو پایانی استفاده شد. همچنین نتایج اجرای دو روش مذکور بروی تصاویر اصلی و تصاویر ادغام شده با باند پن کروماتیک با هم مقایسه شد. صحت برآورد سطوح نفوذ ناپذیر با استفاده از نمونه های تصادفی در پنجره هایی با ابعاد  3 × 3 پیکسل ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل NSMA برروی تصاویر ادغام شده با باند پن کروماتیک، با جذر میانگین مربعات خطا (RMSE) 2/8 % و ضریب تعیین (R2)93/0 بهترین عملکرد  جهت برآورد سطوح نفوذناپذیر را دارد.}, keywords_fa = {سطوح نفوذناپذیر,استخراج زیر پیکسل,تجزیه و تحلیل طیف مخلوط (SMA),تجزیه و تحلیل طیف مخلوط نرمال شده (NSMA),عضو پایانی}, url = {https://geonot.znu.ac.ir/article_35959.html}, eprint = {https://geonot.znu.ac.ir/article_35959_e2046fee1d6c8c0b615550c4bdefba39.pdf} }
