By plotting the height profiles and precipitation along the meridian and selected circuits (circuits 29.28 and 30 degrees north latitude) and (51,52,53 and 54 degrees east longitude meridians), followed by precipitation precipitation trend suggests Highlands region, as in the circuit boards elected from West to East basin precipitation increasing trend. The results of this method showed that annual rainfall from 1370 to 1390 in the area of study, spatial autocorrelation desire to focus public Moran spatial structure (cluster) of precipitation data (cells) is. The precipitation decade (1380 and 1390) and the spatial variation of rainfall (monthly, quarterly) showed that rainfall has a spatial structure is clustered. Clusters with the cluster pattern to the high rainfall in East, North, East and Central basins studied, and clusters with low precipitation values in the West, South and South West area. By plotting the height profiles and precipitation along the meridian and selected circuits (circuits 29.28 and 30 degrees north latitude) and (51,52,53 and 54 degrees east longitude meridians), followed by precipitation trend suggests Highlands region, as in the circuit boards elected from West to East basin precipitation increasing trend. The same height as the East is from the West to the East has increased.
