Natural hazards as an inseparable part of human life, danger makes health and environmental extensive safetys and human settlements. The occurrence on the rise of natural hazards in the world today, as is increasing originating from of natural hazards of climate in the planet. Iran is located in the dry climate belt caused lack of precipitation and is considered main characteristic of the climate crisis. According to formation changes in the natural environment along with human activities, tracking is the issue is serious and necessary achieve good solutions and practices , to control and reduce these hazards and the damage caused by the in countries around the world. The aim of the present paper is review incident management process to reduce the risks of drought and sand storms in the county adimi. Research methods is descriptive - analytical study based on library research and field. In field studies were distributed 195 questionnaires in the 1890 households. Analysis was performed using of parametric t tests and nonparametric binomial in the spss software. Show result there is not capacity building for disaster management in the study area.
