The area of the research is Roudbar in Guilan province. This city has many favorable potential to tourism attraction, for many reasons that includes: the favorable condition, beautiful rivers, natural mineral waters, natural pools and views and mountainous area. Data that is used in this research is gathered with inspections and intent to library and connected establishment and has analyzed by the statistics methods. Some of outcome of research shows that Roudbar city in spite of the shiny history and ancient civilization and numerous tourism attraction especial ecotourism do not pay attention to investor's eye side and for the feebleness of foundation, the tourists don’t pay attention it. The planners and managers of should be introducing the attractions of this country to providing the tourism.
