Achieving of true and accurate three-dimensional models for the handmade artificial structures is one the various topics of interest to professionals in the fields of science, engineering and Management. Three-dimensional model of a city is used in various applications like as urban planning, cartography, architecture, planning, environmental, spatial information systems, tourism, communications, etc. Hence, 3D modeling is an important tool in science and engineering for many applications. One of the major problems in urban models are buildings and specially building blocks. Nowadays, extraction and reconstruction of three-dimensional structures is the challenging issues in geomatics engineering and photogrammetry. Reconstruction of the three-dimensional building model is done in various ways which these methods are under developing. In this article we have tried to reconstruct the three-dimensional building model based on the LIDAR laser scanning approach.
