The patterns of synoptic have important role to fix climate and study of them in scientific circles have special location. Identify to act subtropical jet stream have been studied in Iran climate area to days consecutive. The method of this research is Markov chain. Data has been taken from National Center for Environmental Prediction/National Center for Atmospheric Research for 4 high level 200, 300, 400, 500 hap and for 60 years. Space between data has been 6 hourly. We have used GRADS, SURFER and MATLAB software for data to exploit, drawing map and statistical account. Probability percent to happen subtropical jet stream in the level to specify separately. At all levels observation showed two cores with maximum frequency that one is located on east china, and another on northern Africa, red sea and northern Saudi Arabic. Comparison different levels showed that maximum speed and occurrence probability and frequency of jet stream is for level 200 hap and minimum velocity and occurrence probability and frequency of jet stream is for level 500 hap. Results of this study showed probability percent occurrence of subtropical jet stream in Iran extent political, arrangement 49.88, 33, 13.5, 3.2 % for levels 200, 300, 400 and 500 hap
