Meanderin are including very beautiful landscapes and however Geomorphological- Hydrological Unstable and dangerous forms of floodplains in mountain areas. Creating a lot maze is important features of most rivers in semi-arid regions. The area are affected by the dynamics of river and discharge changes constantly exposed to risks such as floods and instability of bed as a result the movment of meandering. Therefore, Evaluation of meandering rivers is necessary in order to avoid possible risks. In this research was evaluated Akhlmd rivers meander pattern using the coefficient of Kurnayse and Leopold. In this regard was used the Topographic maps of 1: 50,000 and geological 1: 100,000 for layers and extract the coefficients. The results showed that Average curvature coefficient has been 0.93 in the Akhlmd river. The highest value is measured 9 and 35 in arc (1.77) and lowest in arc 27 (0.27). The measurements also showed that the mean central angle bends was 102.59. About 65 percent of the Akhlmd river screws have central angle 85-158 degrees Which is placed in Group developed meanders. Coefficients obtained through these models Require need for medium-term and short-term stabilization of the river bed Through managerial methods and structural engineering.
