The system of citizenship right would be profitable, just when citizens know the citizenship rights and the laws of the city. Because this knowledge not only sets the relationship of citizens with the offices and operations of the city, but also increases the ability of citizens to efficiently participate in city management and reduction of the problems, and help them to reach an unfailing and desirable city. So, this research evaluates Piranshahr citizens knowledge about city laws and citizenship rights, and analyzes the content of some laws by local studies. The general method of the research is description-analysis. The method of data gathering is on the basis of library documents, local results and questionnaires. The SPSS software is used for analysis of questionnaires datas. Results show that the knowledge of Piranshahr citizens about their rights and laws, is in a low level. And also, this subject has an significant connection with people’s jobs, but the edgucations of people does not really effects on this element.
