The metropolitan Tehran having the first rank in the hierarchical order of the country is faced with the phenomenon of informal settlements. Including informal settlements in Tehran, IFN-Abad region is in the area of phenomenology, this paper examines the role of urban management in the organization. The research method is descriptive - analytical and applied research. Information contained in this paper, the variables of 160 questionnaires (sample size) of 12 643 people (population) of households living in informal settlements IFN-Abad region is obtained.
