One of the most important objectives of rural development, maintaining health and society the survival of as the basis of create a healthy life. Health and development has a close relationship with each other and improve health, especially the health of rural living conditions through material and moral reform is possible. The purpose of this paper is to identify factors affecting rural health indicators in rural area Zarrindasht countty and offering appropriate solutions in this regard. This study intended purpose and the intended analytical method. In this context, data, questionnaires were used. The study population included all heads of rural households in the city (7927 people) constitute that among the sample size using a sample of 310 randomly selected questionnaire to ensure more completed questionnaires is 348. For analyze the datas Factor analysis was used. The results show that 10 factors are effective in rural health. Among the factors of ten facilities - Services and Environmental Health, 19.21 percent of variance that is the most important factor and physical and mental health factors, 2.91 percent of variance that is known as the most weak. The results also show that the health status of the settlements is at an average level.
