Nowadays, the main axis of all regional studies especially in geostrategic regions, is based on human resources and economical assets, hospitality and accommodation section in tourism by all means can be one of the main sources for creating jobs in national, regional and local level.
In this era, all countries are trying to attract more and more tourists to their countries via delivering good quality services and satisfaction in order to create income in this field with such a competition. The present study aims the analyzing the effective factors on Mazandaran province hotel staffs job satisfaction rate. It is a practical and descriptive analysis. The participants are Mazandaran hotel staff. The results indicated that there are seven factors including: income satisfaction, work environment satisfaction, the balance in the amount of work, mutual respect, trust, training and promotion possibility which can occupy 67.96% of variables variance. Paying attention to these factors seems to be essential in staff’s satisfaction rate. Also the results of the analysis made by Lazrel software shows 2 factors including income satisfaction and promotion opportunity satisfaction has the biggest factor load effect on employees satisfaction. And also except the quality of the work environment, all the other factors of human development in hotel industry in this region have been evaluated to be negative, in other words, employees are not happy or satisfied. At the end it could be said that in the regression model, the level of satisfaction among hotel employees identify the level of development of this section in tourism industry of the region.
